Therapy Approaches

Existential Psychotherapy

This approach uses different aspects of philosophy and psychology, to gain a greater understanding of ourselves and the world around us. The objective is to work through the biggest anxieties and fears in our life to reach a point of acceptance. One thing that we can be certain of in life is uncertainty, so why not walk fearlessly into the unknown?

Humanistic Psychotherapy

This approach places it's focus on growth and self-discovery; assisting people to free themselves from assumptions and learned behaviours that are holding them back. The objective is to achieve their full potential or self-actualisation.

Psychoanalysis

This approach is an intensive therapy that looks at both the conscious and unconscious aspects of self, through open communication. Conversations are freely and openly shared, interpreted and related, which in turn brings the unconscious into consciousness. The thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that are experienced will be discussed in depth to bring a new sense of awareness and balance.

Psychosynthesis

This approach is a deeper dive into self-identity and self-development. A range of different techniques are used to build a bridge between psychology and spirituality. Through meditation, visualising, storytelling, self-reflection, symbology, and journaling, we become more aware of interconnectedness. Upon recognising an innate pull to "wholeness", this unfolding potential of authenticity and truth helps you to be the change you wish to see in the world around you.

Let's Talk

The first step in therapy is talking. Let's find a time where we can meet and talk about what's on your mind.
