Couples

Relationship counselling focuses on the needs of the couple. We work together to:

- Prevent problems/ challenges getting worse, through improving communication skills

- Strengthen the relationship, through looking at new ways to create more harmony and fulfilment in everyday life together.

- Recognise unhealthy patterns in thoughts, behaviours, and/or emotions, to prevent further issues in the future.

During sessions, both you and your partner will be able to talk openly and freely about the problems/ issues you are facing and what you would each like to achieve. This will help to identify individual strengths and weaknesses; likes and dislikes; wants and needs; which will ultimately help to create new experiences of intimacy and connection within the relationship.
